| Why is KEYCORNER cheaper than their competitors in Switzerland? |

KEYCORNER is a global brand and is represented in 29 countries so far. Yearly we produce millions of key-tags and stickers. This allows low productioncosts. KEYCORNER has developed this simple working service, which doesnt need any expensive and high maitenance of data bases.

We dont register any personal information of our customers. We dont even know who they are. By loss of an object, the customer is contacting us to let us where to send the found objects.

| Why does customers with other companies have to pay for this service again after a period? |
|
Other companies, offering this service in Switzerland, needs an expensive data base, where the personal information of each customer is being kept and maintained. Their overhead costs are due to an expensive administration, intensive marketing costs such as promotion and sales staff much higher. And somebody has to pay for their expenses. The customer in this case.

KEYCORNER doesnt use data bases and we have a slim organisation and low administration costs. Customers can buy it directly at KEYCORNER or in shops through our retailer. We aim to keep our costs low and save money whereever it is possible. That enables us to let our customers profit from the unbeaten low price of our KEYCORNER-set.

| If my personal information is not registered with KEYCORNER, how can you send me my lost objects back? |
|
|
|
|
All found keys with a KEYCORNER key-tag or valuables with our sticker will be send to KEYCORNER. In case of a loss, as a KEYCORNER customer, you will only need your ID-card. When contacting us, you only need to give us your personal code-number. When we receive an object, we controle and identify the number on the object with your given personal code.

If the match is correct, then we send the object to the given adress by you. If you want to remain completely anonymous, then you can ask us to send the cbject C/o the next postoffice. Your key-tag and sticker is still valid after that! Lifelong validity.

| If I loose my keys in another country, will KEYCORNER send them back to me in Switzerland? |
|
|
|
|
Yes. KEYCORNER Switzerland works worldwide with international partners and the national post in 29 countries. On the key-tags, we ask in the main languages to drop the keys in the next mailbox.
|
|
The postoffice of the specific country will return the key to KEYCORNER and we will proceed it to you. For free.
|

|
What happens if I loose my laptop during my holiday?
|
|
|
|
|
Smaller objects like keys, cellphones, Palmtop-PCs, wallets aso. will be send free of charge through KEYCORNER to the customer. KEYCORNER will pay the postage and packing. This applies solely for a formate up to Swiss B4 (353 x 250 x 20 mm) width and up to 1000g (A-Post-Maxibrief).

However KEYCORNER wil organize the transportation of larger and heavier objects like for example laptops, suitcases, bikes, motorcycles or cars free of charge. The costs for the transportation for all other objects above Swiss B4 formate is to be paid completely through the customer.
